How young are you?

There’s a lot of lgbt sources available i.e. The Trevor project who can talk to you and help you if you’re feeling confused/alone. 

Or you could always reach out to people in your new city and try and make friends. I think most lgbt people know your struggle first hand, I’m sure they would be willing to help. There’s a lot of love out there for you. Stay strong : )
